How can I use the manual intervention feature in the Chat section?

To intervene manually in a chat, you can simply click on the ‘Send Custom Message’ button at the bottom of the chat screen. The automated flow will stop and you can manually chat with your customer. 

You can resume the automated chat anytime by clicking on the button at the bottom.
