- Ordered
- Abandoned Product
- Purchased a Product
- Purchased a Collection
- Interaction with Chat Bot
- Chat Session Created
- Chat Session Updated
- Chat Session Closed
- Interaction with Widgets
- Widget Visited
- Widget Clicked
- Widget Converted.
- Interaction with CRM
- Agent Assigned
- Agent Reassigned
- Note: This is not an exhaustive list, more events will keep on adding to this list, in the coming days.

Can I add custom properties to make segmentation?
- Currently, custom events/ properties can't be added to the segment builder.
- But such case can be handled on case to case basis.
How many segments can one save?
- Currently, there are no limits to the number of segments one can create.
